Avoyel subscription fees
Monthly subscriptions start at $10 per month and is based on the size of the contact list you maintain. Please reference our pricing overview page for specific pricing.

What is included in the monthly subscription fee?
- Avoyel's rich feature set including: email campaign wizard, WYSIWYG editor, email templates, scheduled sending, image hosting, forward-a-friend, contact list management including bounce processing, signup forms, reporting, and much more! No. You are under no obligation when signing up for our free trial other than consenting to our license agreement.
Do I have to commit for a certain period of time?
No. You are not obligated to commit for any period of time and can cancel your account at any time.
If I don't send out any email campaigns do I still have to pay the monthly fee?
Yes, all customers will be billed regardless of the number of emails sent. Please understand that even if you are not sending out any campaigns, Avoyel continues to host your mailing lists and images, allow new sign-ups, maintain your opt-outs, and records reporting results.

How is the monthly subscription fee determined?
When you sign up for a paid subscription, your first charge is based on the contact plan you select.
We currently accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as means of payment. If these methods of payment do not work for you, please contact us and we will arrange an alternate method of payment.
Does my credit card/paypal account get billed right away?
There is no cost to sign up and take advantage of the free 60-day trial. However, once your free trial has expired, (60 days elapse or your contact size exceeds the trial limit of 100 email addresses), you will be invited to upgrade to a paid subscription. Once you sign up for an account, or upgrade your existing account, you will then be charged based on the number of unique email addresses in your account.
Discounts
What are the pre-pay discounts?
The pre-payment options provide discounts on the standard pricing. You can pre-pay for 6 months and receive a 15% discount or pre-pay for 12 months and receive a 20% discount. If you do decide to choose a pre-payment plan, you have the option of paying by check, credit card, or paypal.
What are the non-profit discounts?
We offer a 20% discount off the contact plan rate to verified non-profit organizations.

What is included in the free 60-day trial?
- 60 days use of all the features of a paid Avoyel account. Please note that with the free trial, you are restricted to a maximum number of 100 email addresses.
- Free email marketing webinars and coaching emails.
- Full support: phone, tickets, and forum support.
How can I sign up for a paid subscription and bypass the free 60-day trial?

Contact Lists
What happens if my contact list size goes up and down?
We will adjust your monthly bill according to the size of your email list. Pricing is based upon the greatest number of unique email addresses in your account during the previous billing period. This means if your list size increases or decreases over time your pricing will automatically reflect this change.
How does Avoyel manage my opt-ins and opt-outs?
During the free trial and as part of your monthly subscription fee, Avoyel manages your opt-ins and opt-outs automatically.
An opt-in occurs when someone visits your website and submits their email address through your Avoyel signup form. As part of our service, we automatically collect and store this information for you.
An opt-out occurs when a contact clicks the unsubscribe link in one of your email campaigns to unsubscribe from your list or specific email campaign. These subscribers will be automatically managed and removed from your list or email campaign.
How does the free "list building tool" (sign-up form) work?
When you log into your account, select the "Forms" section and you will be given the option to create a signup form. We provide all the code necessary to put this form on your website so you can capture email addresses and other information from your website visitors.
