Avoyel Prohibited Content Policy

Avoyel prohibits the use of its system by any person, company or site that:

• Provides, sells or offers to sell any of the following products or services (or provides content related to the same): pornography; obscenity; prostitution; escort services; illegal goods or services; controlled substances (including but not limited to illegal drugs); illegal contraband; stolen goods, pirated computer programs, music, videos or other copyrighted materials; counterfeited goods; solicitations to commit any criminal act; or instructions on how to assemble or construct any explosive device or weapon.
• Provides, sells or offers to sell or rent any mailing list.
• Engages in spamming.
• Displays material that exploits children.
• Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about children without their consent (or their parent’s consent).
• Provides material that includes blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, sexism, racism, religious discrimination or hatred against any political, religious or ethnic group.
• Includes excessive profanity or language that is offensive, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or otherwise objectionable.
• Provides material or information that is excessively violent, or seeks to incite others to acts of violence or other criminal activity.
• Seeks to sell or promote any product or service which is illegal and unlawful in the location where the content is posted or received.
• Introduces viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses to the receiver’s computer or the internet.
• Promotes, solicits or participates in pyramid schemes.
• Includes any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, or harassing language.
• Includes any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages religious or politically motivated violence against any government, organization, nation, groups or individuals, or which provides instruction, information or assistance in carrying out or causing such violence.

Avoyel reserves the right to prohibit the use of its Services by any person, company or site for any reason, at its sole discretion.

This Policy may be amended by Avoyel from time to time.
