What does permission-based mean?

Article ID: 9 Created On: 29 Sep 2008 1:24 PM

It is Avoyel's policy to adhere to the CAN-SPAM act of 2003, which regulates all commercial email and protects the rights of your subscribers, to ensure deliverability of your email campaigns. Hence the need for permission-based contact lists.

Permission-based simply means that you have permission from your subscribers to receive your email, and a direct and easy way for them to unsubscribe.
